BY PLACING AN ORDER WE SHALL DEEM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS

 1. General  Terms

     A. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. 

     B. Should a claim for non arrival of order arise we will refund you once we have received compensation from the Shipper.

     C. ALL Tapes and CD's are brand new stock.

2. Ordering

     A.  Please see the Order page for information on how to place an order. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

     B. On placing an order you should receive a copy of your order with order number via email. Please keep this safe. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. 


     C. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon receipt of your order with payment and the products dispatch to you. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, prior to shipment.

3. Delivery 

     A.  We deliver to most countries. If you register and your country of residence is not listed then please contact us for details. 

     B. Risk of loss and damage of items passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.   

     C. International customers -All orders are marked as gifts and contain no invoice - However should customs intercept your parcel we are not liable for any customs duty. This happens very rarely. Should you not accept the parcel and return it to us we will refund the cost of the order but not the original shipping cost nor the cost of returning the order to us. 

     D. If a parcel is returned to us for any reason - eg not collected or unable to be delivered - then we can resend to you if further postage is paid by you. This will be for the exact amount it costs to send. If you would prefer a refund then postage costs will be deducted from the refund. If these postage costs are higher than the amount we charged you then the higher amount will be deducted. 

     E. We accept no responsibility for the amount of time the Post Office takes to deliver your order once sent. International orders 8 to 14 days on average with no guaranteed delivery date.
We make every effort to deliver goods as soon as possible after receiving your order. Delays such as holidays are beyond are control. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. 

     F. We deliver to the address given by you when placing the order. We take no responsibility for missing parcels if the address you gave is incorrect

4. Payment   

     A. We take payment through one of the payment gateways provided at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your payment details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the items, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

     B. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time you placed your order. The following exception applies: If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Likewise, if postage is miscalculated due to selection the wrong country of residence at registration we will give you the option of paying the correct amount of postage or of canceling your order

     C. Payment can be made by any method specified here – Print Order Form and mail to address provided with check or money order. 

     D. Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products. 

     E. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless stated otherwise

5. Returns, cancellations

     A. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Returns section. 

     C. Should you wish to return an item please contact us in writing (email or letter) before doing so within 7 working days following receipt of the item. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were sent, free of smoke smells, pet hairs, scratches, misuse, abuse or stains. Items that are returned in an unfit state will not be accepted. Items remain your property until they reach us safely so it is up to you to ensure they are adequately insured. 

     D. If free or reduced shipping is received and your order total falls below the offer amount then appropriate shipping costs will be payable in the event of a return. If you select an exchange then actual postage is payable on the replacement items but the free shipping offer remains If Free postage is received then the cost of sending any returned items will be deducted from any refund
